Trailhead
From the Moorpark Freeway (23), exit on Avenida de Los Arboles and go west (a right turn if you are coming from Moorpark). Follow de Los Arboles until it ends at Big Sky Drive. Make a U-turn and the park entrance is on the right side of the road. Drive through the first parking lot and follow the dirt road for about 1 mile until it dead ends into the 2nd parking lot.

Description

This is a lovely hike along the banks of Indian Creek to Paradise Falls and beyond to a secluded picnic area called Skunk Hollow. From the parking lot, follow the fire road down hill, bearing right just before the bridge. Follow the road/trail along the edge of the creek until you come to the Paradise falls, then continue down stream on the fire road, crossing the stream 4 times and passing several oak shaded picnic areas. When you see the sign to Skunk Hollow, go towards Lizard rock for a few hundred feet for an easier stream crossing. At Skunk Hollow, take the Eagle Point trail to where it reconnects with the fire road upstream. Hike back to Paradise falls, then up the stairs to the fire road, following the fire road up hill to where you will see a junction with Moonridge trial. Bear right and you will be back to the parking lot.

Although this trail does lots of meandering, you really can't get lost if you just go down stream, then come back upstream.
