Acorns were the staff of life for the Chumash and lassoing cows paid the bills during the Rancho Period, however for each of the many people that lived on and loved King Gillette Ranch, they knew it as a place of bounty. Meet at the parking lot to the left of the bridge. 1 ½-2 hours, easy walk.
